Booking
Step 1: At this point, surely you have already contacted us and verified we are available on your date, we have discussed how long you need us and the exact pricing.
Step 2: We are glad you decided to make us part of your special occasion. We would like to formalize our agreement and in order to do so, we need the following information from you to prepare the contract. The contract is simple and has no fine print.
Step 3: After submitting this information to us you will receive our brief contract very soon. Please review and sign the contract and send it back to us at the address that appears on the top of the agreement within three business days along with a reservation check. Checks could be made out to “European Ensemble Strings Inc”. Please note that it is essential for us to receive the signed contract and your check in a short period of time to assure your spot on our calendar. We receive booking requests on a daily basis so we are unable to hold a date on our calendar for longer than a few days. You can do this electronically also. You can scan your signed document and email it back to us and send us a Zelle pay or an electronic check.
Step 4: When we receive the signed contract and the reservation fee, we will send you a confirmation and a written acknowledgment of the amount received and from that point, our booking is completed.
Step 5: The remaining balance will be due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding or event. We do not send out invoices, or reminders, so paying the balance on time is your responsibility. Please send us the final payment along with your “Music Choices Form” that we always send along with the contract, or download it by clicking here.
Step 6: Your email or the booking form may end up in our spam folder or simply we miss it somehow and you don’t see a response from us within a day or two. If that happens, be so kind to give this a second chance by contacting us again via text or email. Many thanks!
